Globalization can be both good and bad, depending upon your viewpoint. Globalization can help developing countries catch up with more advanced nations. However, if you live in a nation which is already industrialized, such as America, the affects of globalization might seem negative.

Globalization also has different effects on people in different countries. For business leaders in industrialized nations, globalization is good because it allows them to obtain cheap overseas labor. However, for workers in those countries, such as American workers, existing jobs can be outsourced to nations like China or India, where more workers are willing to work just as hard or harder for even less pay.
